Tank ownership waiver

If you own your propane tank, you acknowledge that Econo Propane did not manufacture, install, or inspect the tank, regulators, or downstream piping, and you accept responsibility for their condition and compliance. Econo may refuse to fill a tank that appears unsafe or out of date. You agree to indemnify Econo Propane against claims arising from the condition of customer-owned equipment.
